Traffic Survival School
Fee: $60
TSS is an eight (8) hour education program offered the last Saturday of the month. Individuals needing to take the class will receive a notice from MVD (Arizona Motor Vehicle Division) or will receive a court order to attend. This is NOT a defensive driving course.
Class hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Level II DUI Substance Education

Due at class time (Class is covered by AHCCCS)
Discusses alcohol as a drug and its psychological effects; the effects of alcohol and drugs on driving; consequences of alcohol and drug use; DUI penalties; methods for determining blood alcohol content; criminal penalties; community resources and interventions; alcohol and drug treatment approaches.

Recovery 101

Recovery 101 is a basic alcohol and drug education group, focusing on clients in the pre-contemplative stage of change - clients who have not considered whether they have an alcohol or drug problem.
The intent of the group is for the clients to examine their choices and behaviors around alcohol and drugs and make healthier decisions in the future.

Court-Ordered Screening
Fee: $100
CBHS offers Court-ordered Screenings in Page and Fredonia. Screenings take approximately one hour and are held in a confidential setting.
Please bring your court/probation orders with you when you schedule your appointment.

For those clients who have a repeat offense related to alcohol or other drugs. Requires a referral from the Magistrate of Justice Court or Adult Probation.
Group is also for those who are non-compliant with previous DUI treatment or are non-compliant with probation requirements.

Mon - Thurs 3pm to 5pm
For teens and young adults age 13-17, this is a 16-week intensive outpatient program.
Also known as the Teen Matrix Model, this program gives young clients the knowledge, structure and support to evaluate the significance of their drug and alcohol use, moves them to a place of abstinence and provides support for sustained recovery.

"The Harmful Effects of Marijuana." This educational program is designed to increase a person's awareness of the risk factors associated with THC.
The class begins with the history of marijuana and continues with education regarding the extreme risk factors, both physical and legal.

Thursdays 3-5pm
This educational group focuses on reaching juvenile drug and alcohol users in the pre-contemplative stage of change. Information is presented in a fun and interesting way to help juveniles learn the effects of drugs and alcohol on their minds, bodies and behavior.
Educational, legal and social consequences of drug and alcohol use are reviewed. Coping strategies to deal with peer pressure to use drugs and alcohol are taught. Juveniles will learn how to build a positive support network to help them stay clean and sober.

Driver's License Revocation

If you have had your license revoked by the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles for a drug or alcohol related offense, CBHS offers an evaluation by a licensed counselor to determine your ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
The first 15 minute appointment is FREE and determines whether or not you qualify for the MVD Revocation package.

Social Connections Group -
Intake/enrollment into services required
Open to CBHS clients diagnosed with a Serious
Mental Illness.
Designed for individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness who have difficulty establishing and maintaining relationships.
The group provides a relaxed atmosphere in which clients can interact and participate in fun activities such as games, art and crafts while learning social skills.

Wellness Group -

Open to all CBHS clients who have been diagnosed with a
Serious Mental Illness.
Available at all locations.
The Wellness Group offers education, information and tips on healthy living with a focus on nutrition, physical fitness, stress management and alternative therapies and how they relate to physical and mental health.
